About Helena Poto

Helena Poto received her Bachelor’s Degree in Art from the College of St. Elizabeth in New Jersey and her Masters Degree from NYU. Since 1979, she has had one-person shows in New York, New Jersey, and Florida and has been included in such shows as the Pastel Society of America, the Newark Museum Annual, and the University of Delaware Biennial. She is one of the founders of Odean Artists. A resident of Sarasota since 1984, Poto recently took first place at the Longboat Key Art Association’s Arvida Competition.
